CDSA Copyright Compliance Form

Martinjohn Associates Limited is fully committed to protecting intellectual property rights in the reproduction of recorded media and its associated print and packaging. To ensure that we do not reproduce unlicensed material, our terms of business have always required that all of the content you ask us to reproduce must be either:- your own property, or officially licensed to you by the owner. This applies to software, text documents, images, video, music, logo's etc. anything in fact which is covered by the law of copyright.

In line with best practice in the industry, we recently began to ask our clients to make a positive affirmation of their right to have content reproduced. However, the CDSA, (Content Delivery and Storage Association, formerly IRMA) whose aims we fully support, have now made this policy universal and a signed declaration is now required with the first order for every title reproduced.

The process is very simple. When you place an order, we will check the copyright/licence issues with you and fax over a CDSA form for you to sign and fax back.

We regard this initiative by the CDSA as a welcome 'levelling of the playing field' which will further enhance the security of our clients Intellectual Property.
